SPOKANE, Wash. – The Whitman College women's soccer team finished the weekend with a scoreless draw against Whitman in an exhibition match between Northwest Conference teams on Sunday in the Pine Bowl.

Whitworth (1-1-1) and Whitman (0-3) decided to play an exhibition match due to a limited Whitman roster size resulting from injuries. The teams played two 35-minute halves.

Hanna Lynch and Emily Badgley each played a half in goal for the Blues with Badgley posting three saves

The Pirates finished with the lead in shots (12-5), shots on goal (5-1) and corner kicks (9-1). 

The Blues will play their home opener this weekend with matches on Saturday and Sunday againt Pacific Lutheran.
