Masters Swim Team Staff

After graduating from Whitman in 2025, Gwen Empie was hired in 2026. They serve as the Assistant Men’s and Women’s Swimming Coach, Assistant Aquatics Director, and Head Coach of the Masters Team.

Gwen values communities and is proud to continue the work from prior years of Masters to keep building the program and providing space for adult swimmers of all abilities to connect and train.

Outside of the pool deck, Gwen loves exploring the outdoors and is looking forward to getting more involved in the local Walla Walla community.
