Whitman College Athletics

Alex Izbiky, originally from Englewood, Colorado, graduated from Whitman College in 2020 with degrees in Economics and Psychology, and has served on the W Club Board since 2021. He currently lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan where is a law student at the University of Michigan Law School. Izbiky will graduate with his JD in May of 2025. He previously lived in Colorado Springs, Colorado and worked as a program director for a two-year leadership development fellowship at El Pomar Foundation. 
During his time at Whitman, Izbiky competed for and captained the men's swim team in addition to holding leadership positions on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee at the school and conference level, serving the athletics department on hiring committees, and singing with Whitman's men's acapella group, the TTones.

His favorite memories of his time at Whitman were contributing to the 2017 Northwest Conference Championship title, traveling to Hawai'i and California for winter training trips, and the support he got from fellow Whitties at home dual meets at Harvey Pool.
