Whitman College Athletics

Cam Young, originally from Wenatchee, Wash., is a 2014 graduate from Whitman College. He currently resides in Seattle where he works as an attorney. After Young completed his undergraduate work at Whitman, he went on to earn his Juris Doctorate in 2018 from the University of Washington Law School.

During his time at Whitman, Young lettered for the Blues baseball team. He was also a member of the Student-Athlete Activities Committee (SAAC) and a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity. Young has also been a pro bono legal advocate for AmeriCorps and was the head coach of the Walla Walla Bears in 2015.

During his time at Whitman, Young recalls eating Taq’ burritos, playing flag football, and going “full send” on the huge slip-n-slide on Ankeny every year. His fondest memories are the annual spring baseball trips he took to Arizona and California with the Whitman baseball team.
