Whitman College Athletics

Christy (Lindquist) Krutulis is a past president of the W Club. She is a member of the Whitman College class of '92 and currently lives in Walla Walla, Wash. She is the Executive Director of Teaching and Learning for the Walla Walla Public Schools. Originally from Bellevue, Wash., she previously was involved in elementary education, starting off as a teacher. After 12 years in the classroom, she earned her Masters in teaching at the University of Puget Sound then worked as a school principal for nine years. As a teacher she was also a tennis coach and played competitively during that time before retiring from the game. Krutulis also holds a leadership degree from the University of Washington.

At Whitman, she competed for the women's tennis team and was a member of the Delta Gamma sorority. She graduated with a degree in history.
