Medical

You will need a sports physical and a sickle cell test.

For campus

A copy of their measles, mumps, and rubella vaccination records

For athletics (available through Healthy Roster. You should have received an email invitation to the email address on record with the admissions office.)

Compliance

Complete the Vector trainings assigned by Juli Dunn through your Whitman email later in the summer.
Students should complete all of the trainings. Specifically student-atheltes need to complete the sexual assault prevent and hazing prevention trainings before they can begin practice.
