HILLSBORO, Ore. - The Northwest Women's Volleyball All-Conference selections have been handed out with a pair of Blues garnering honors.Â
Representing Whitman with two second-team selections were senior middle blocker Lilli Thompson and first year outside hitter Addie Belt, both first-time selections.
Both keyed the Blues success on attack with Thompson doing the work on the defensive side of the net as well. Thompson ranked sixth in hitting percentage (.250) with Belt ranking seventh in kills per set (2.89) in her first season on the collegiate scene. Thompson also cracked the top 10 in blocks, posting 36 total which ranked her ninth in the league.
