Men's Tennis Falls At CWRU In NCAA Second Round

Box Score CLEVELAND - The Whitman College men's tennis team's NCAA journey came to an end on Saturday, falling to host Case Western Reserve University 5-0 in the second round of the tournament.

The loss came one day after an impressive defeat of Ohio Northern, but CWRU proved to be too much for the Blues to handle. CWRU earned the doubles point with wins at the two and three courts then clinched the victory with simultaneous wins at first and five singles.

Whitman closes the season at 18-13 overall.
