WALLA WALLA, Wash. - Eight teams will converge in Walla Walla on the site of the Whitman College campus as Whitman will serve as the host for both the Northwest Conference Men's and Women's Tennis Tournaments. All matches will take place at the Whitman Tennis Courts or moved inside the Bratton Tennis Center should inclement weather dictate so.
The men's tournament is set to run on Friday and conclude on Saturday with the championship match. The women's tournament will then commence with the semifinals and conclude on Sunday with its championship match.
The women's tennis team enters the tournament having won three straight regular season and tournament championships. The Blues earned the right to host after winning the regular season outright with a 14-0 conference record. The men's squad also won the regular season title outright with the same unblemished record and will host the NWC Tournament for the second straight season and looking for a repeat of last year's title
