HILLSBORO, Ore. – Whitman College women's tennis continued its tradition of excellence with four players earning All-Northwest Conference honors, highlighted by Nana Vang being named the 2026 NWC Player of the Year and a first-team singles and doubles selection.

Vang was one of two Blues named First Team All-NWC in singles, joined by first-year standout Renata Rosell. The pair also earned First Team All-NWC recognition in doubles after going 8-1 this season as Whitman's top tandem.

Sascha Wells capped her NWC career with second-team All-NWC honors in singles, while Bailey Bell was recognized on the first-team All-NWC in singles, giving Whitman four all-conference singles honorees.

Vang's Player of the Year award adds to a deep Whitman lineage with the league's top individual honor and comes in a season that also saw the Blues capture the 2026 Northwest Conference championship. She boasted a perfect 9-0 singles record.

Rosell made an immediate impact in her debut collegiate campaign, pairing with Vang for first-team doubles recognition and solidifying the top of the Whitman lineup. Wells' second-team nod reflects her steady presence in the middle of the order, while Bell's third-team selection underscores the Blues' depth and balance throughout the singles ladder.

With multiple first-team selections and four all-conference singles honorees, Whitman once again established itself among the Northwest Conference's elite in 2026.
