Â
Hoeger and Carter were the lone Whitman doubles team to collect a win over the Pirates, as the Locklear-Jivkov duo along with the Rapoport-Noyes team both dropped matches 9-8. In the end it did not matter anyways as the Whits swept singles 6-0 en route to its ninth NWC win of the season.

Carter and Limaye who played at five and six, both won in dominant fashion. Carter finished up the afternoon with a 6-2, 6-0 rout, while Limaye collected his second singles swin of the day in a 6-2, 6-2 match.
Â
When the dust settled it was Whitman who was left standing against both the Warriors and the Pirates. The Whits will now enjoy a much-deserved week rest before they are back at it again on April 16.
